Can You Recognise This?

Important: I am sorry to inform my readers that for time being I am suspending this feature of my travelogue.

For those who have penchant for solving Google Earth puzzles I would suggest "Fun and Games" forum at the "Google Earth Community" where one can find many excellent puzzles. It is great place for fun and learn. However a word of caution - it is very very addictive.

Hint for others: There are not many complexes like these in such a surrounding. Perhaps a larger image will give an idea of the structure and search on net should lead to the answer.

Can You Recognise This # 20 - Hint


Only two answers till now. Well found Dawn! The other answer received is partially correct. The purpose of the structure has been correctly identified but location is wrong.

Hint for others: The building shown the quiz is the most visited building in the world famous metropolitan city and was its icon till the construction of the iconic tower. Even now more tourist visit it than the tower.
