Completed in 2001, this strange looking building which symbolises the rich and the wealth in Chinese tradition, was designed by C.Y. Lee, the architect who had also designed the famous 508-metre tall Taipei 101 skyscraper - now World's second tallest after the inauguration of Burj Khalifa, Dubai.
