Giant Balloon Dogs of Jeff Koons

The American artist Jeff Koons is well known for his giant sized reproductions of ordinary objects (such as balloon animals) produced in  brightly coloured stainless steel with mirror finish surfaces.

Balloon Dogs are one of his most popular art works. Standing more than ten feet tall and made of high chromium stainless steel with transparent bright colour coating, which gives these a look of a giant twisted balloon toy.  He has produced several of these in varying colour range - Blue, Magenta, Yellow, Orange and Red. The dogs measure 3.07 x 3.63 x 1.14 metres (121 x 143 x 45 in.) and have been exhibited globally at various locations around the World - some temporarily and some permanent. These locations are, but may not be limited to following; (Ref: http://www.jeffkoons.com)
