"Namba Park" is a shopping mall cum office complex of green buildings. It has replaced the abandoned Osaka (baseball) Stadium in the heart of the bustling metropolis.

The complex houses a 30-storey tower and a commercial centre with a gradually sloping rooftop park which stretches from ground floor and gradually reaches to the eighth level. The park has groves of trees, clusters of rocks, cliffs, lawn, streams, waterfalls, ponds and outdoor terraces. Underneath the park open passageways wind through retail shops, entertainment and dining areas.

Designed by Architect Jon Jerde the complex was completed in October 2003.
