The Lion's Back is a sandstone ridge in Moab, Utah, USA and was very popular spot for adventurous drive up and down the the climb on a 25-65 degree slope.
Motorists used to climb up several hundred feet, took a guided multi-point turn at the top of the rock and then slowly descended it.
There have been several crashes and now reportedly it is off limit for motorists.
